"I've kept Mike busy in the past few years so am probably as able to speak about his skills as any of his clients. Based on a friend's recommendation I contacted Mike when I decided to relocate to Brevard. He was always accessible and ready to help. He worked with me making offers on a couple of houses that I did not end up getting (MANY hours and contacts on his part). Following his recommendations about clean-up, repairs and staging (and there were many) and to the surprise of everyone - my house sold in a matter of months. So here I am in my ultimate dream home and garden. I'm no longer in need of a Realtor as I'm hopefully here to stay.
